I got tired of relying on paid tools or dealing with unreliable software and limitations, so I built my own solution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This setup is simple and lightweight, but you\u2019ll need a few things first:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/yt-dlp\/yt-dlp\">yt-dlp<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; download the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/yt-dlp\/yt-dlp\/releases\/latest\/download\/yt-dlp.exe\">yt-dlp.exe<\/a> from here<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ffmpeg.org\/\">FFmpeg<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gyan.dev\/ffmpeg\/builds\/ffmpeg-git-full.7z\">download<\/a> one of many versions | You will need <a href=\"https:\/\/www.7-zip.org\/\">7-Zip<\/a> to extract the zip<\/li>\n<li>Extract both above files (<strong>yt-dlp.exe<\/strong> and <strong>ffmpeg.exe<\/strong>) and place them in one folder, ex: &#8220;C:\\temp\\YTDL&#8221;.\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Right-click on your <strong>START<\/strong> button and <strong>RUN<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Type in <strong>SystemPropertiesAdvanced <\/strong>then press Enter and click <strong>Environment<\/strong> <strong>Variables<\/strong> button on the bottom<\/li>\n<li>Scroll through the &#8220;System variables&#8221; section and select <strong>PATH<\/strong> and Edit<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>NEW<\/strong> and input the path to the two files; if you used the example &#8211; &#8220;C:\\temp\\YTDL&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click OK twice to exit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Once that\u2019s done, just run the <a href=\"https:\/\/nezaam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Youtube_Loadertest.zip\">script<\/a> in PowerShell ISE and you\u2019re good to go.<\/p>\n<p>I may improve it, depends of feedback.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve decided to start using AI to my advantage.
